Dynamic FX Slide Show Generator

The following review appeared in the Lockergnome Digital Media newsletter on December 12, 2002. That issue is no longer on their website, or I'd give you the link to it. So who or what is Lockergnome? They run a series of free technology related online newsletters. Click here to find out more and to subscribe. They boast a circulation of approximately 250,000 daily. Pretty cool, huh? Anyway, I hope you enjoy my review.

I know just enough JavaScript to be really dangerous. I don't mean that I write malicious code or anything; I just mean I know enough JavaScript to get by, which is why I'm always on the lookout for code generators to make the job of building cool Web pages just a little easier. Enter Dynamic FX Slide Show Generator. The hardest thing you'll find about using this tool is assembling the pictures you want to use; the rest is a piece of cake. Simply select the desired configuration options, like whether or not you want the slide show to play automatically when your Web page loads, and the delay time between slides. You can even select the appearance of the play controls. Then, just start adding images to your slide show. When you're done, click Generate and your Web page is automatically created. This tool is fast, easy, and best of all, free. What more could you ask? Start building your slide shows today.
